Instructions for pasting "Ending Inventory Quantity" column into "Beginning Inventory Quantity" column.

Start with your cursor at the top cell of "ENDING INVENTORY QUANTITY". Highlight down the whole column by pressing and releasing your "END" key, hold down your "SHIFT" key and press the "â " key. That will take you to the bottom of the column.

(If necessary you can fine tune the selection by holding down the "SHIFT" key and pressing the "á or â " key, as needed.)

When the column is highlighted, choose "Edit" from the menu bar, then choose "Copy".

Move your cursor to the first cell in the "BEGINNING INVENTORY QUANTITY" column. (either with you mouse or by pressing the "á ,â ,ß ,à " keys.)

Then choose "Edit" from the menu bar, then choose "Paste Special…"

Then select the radio button (ie; ¥ ) with your mouse next to "Values". Then click the "OK" button.

Using the new inventory program

Just remember that text that is RED in color is a formula and should not be changed. These formulas pull information from different parts of the spreadsheet. Enter your buys and usage on the second tab named "Buys & Usage". Enter the price per case/pack, on the first tab "Report" in column "F" and how those are divided in column "G". Enter the beginning inventory amount in column "I" in "Report" tab.
