How to Use Web Messaging Mobile E-mail |
|
| Instructions for
getting your DOC e-mail while you are away from your
office computer. On January 16th 2001, the Information Technology department converted to a new e-mail server. Not only is it a larger, faster computer but the e-mail software has new benefits that weren’t previously available. Authorized personnel have the option of reading their DOC e-mail from any internet computer. This is handy for individuals who spend time away from their office computer. On July 7th 2006, the system was upgraded to IPSwitch Collaboration Suite. The e-mail client looks more like Outlook and has more functionality; like an online calendar and public e-mail addresses. |
